• No cameras allowed in common areas without prior permission from the Board.

• Posted speed limits will be adhered to at all times.

• Alcoholic beverages allowed in moderation - but absolutely no glass is allowed in the pool enclosure.

• Violence, overt sexual behavior, questionable conduct with children or any other behavior that offends or embarrasses others is not permitted.

• Pets must be kept on a leash. No pets in pool enclosure or clubhouse. Owners must clean up after their pets.

• Use your towel to sit on any time, any place.

• Read and observe our posted pool rules. Pool gate must be closed at all times.

• ​Dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays only.
• Lounges, chairs or floats are not permitted on walkways around the pool—use grass areas.
• When leaving MAHESO, do take all your personal items with you, put away your lounge chairs and pool items and properly dispose of trash.
